About
Coaching for me began while doing corrective massage. Clients with trauma pasts began having emotional release on the table. Because as a massage therapist we are not allowed to engage other than to hold space and give a referral after the session for talk therapy, I went back to school and got my masters degree in psychology for counseling - not to counsel, but to coach. Now when clients experience emotional release during a massage session I am able to coach in the moment. The clients have given great feedback about this offering. Now, in addition to private practice massage, I have a separate practice for life coaching.
Helping others heal is the greatest honor of my life.
