I'm Coach AJ, founder of Jenkins House of Healing, LLC, and a certified life and self-healing coach. My journey into coaching began with my own healing. I spent years pouring into everyone else, showing up for others, and putting their needs before my own. What I learned along the way is that the relationship you have with others is a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. When you begin to change yourself, the relationships in your life will change too.
That realization changed everything for me. I stopped abandoning myself to keep the peace and started doing the deep work of healing old wounds, setting healthy boundaries, and rebuilding the relationship I had with myself. That work didn't just change my life. It became my calling.
Through Jenkins House of Healing, I help clients navigate life's transitions, heal from past wounds, and build the relationships they deserve. Whether it's one-on-one coaching, group sessions, or community events, I create a safe space to do the work. Life is self-healing. You just need someone to walk beside you.

I'm not here to hand you answers. I'm here to help you uncover the answers that are already inside you. That's the difference.
Methodology
My Coaching Approach
My approach is rooted in the belief that my clients already hold the answers within themselves. My job isn't to hand them solutions or tell them what to do. It's to ask the right questions that help them uncover what they already know deep down.
When a client sits down with me, I start by listening to what they're asking for. If someone comes to me wanting to set boundaries, I don't jump straight to tactics or strategies. Instead, I ask, "If you had boundaries, what would that look like for you?" That question opens a door. It invites them to paint the picture themselves, and in doing that, they begin to see pathways they never considered before.
By the time a client completes their sessions with me, they don't just have answers. They have a new way of seeing themselves and their situations. That's the real work. I'm not fixing, but revealing.
