Background
About
I did not come to coaching from a single professional background. Before becoming a coach, I spent years working in international business environments, including Korn Ferry, JLL, and Diebold Nixdorf. I learned how organisations work, how decisions are made, and what professional life can look like from the inside, including the pressure, expectations, uncertainty, and changes that people navigate along the way.
At the same time, my own personal and professional transitions made me increasingly interested in a different question: what happens when the path that once made sense no longer does? How do we make important decisions when there is no obvious answer? How do we move through change without losing ourselves? This curiosity eventually led me to coaching, where I found a way to bring together my understanding of business and professional life with my interest in people, change, and human potential.
Today, I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with 500+ coaching hours, working with professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs from different countries and professional backgrounds. I support people through career and life transitions, leadership challenges, identity shifts, difficult decisions, uncertainty, and moments when their previous way of moving forward no longer feels right.
What makes my work distinctive is the combination of professional coaching, business experience, and a whole-person perspective. I bring curiosity, honesty, and thoughtful challenge to our work, while respecting that you are the expert in your own life. I do not believe people need to be given the right answer; they often need the space to step back, see things differently, and hear their own thinking more clearly.

What sets me apart
Why Choose Ana
I bring together real-world business experience and professional coaching expertise, giving me a grounded understanding of both the human and professional sides of change. My coaching style is thoughtful but direct: I challenge your thinking, help you see what you may be missing, and turn greater clarity into meaningful action.
Methodology
My Coaching Approach
I see coaching as a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and have an honest conversation about what is really going on. I do not follow a rigid formula or use the same approach with everyone. Each session is shaped around what matters most to you and what you want to understand, decide, or move forward.
We might start with a situation you are struggling with — a decision you keep postponing, a conversation you are avoiding, a transition you are trying to navigate, or simply a feeling that something is no longer working. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, look at the situation from different perspectives, and notice assumptions, patterns, or beliefs that may be influencing the way you see it. I may ask questions that challenge your thinking, reflect something I notice, or invite you to consider a perspective you have not explored before.
I believe insight becomes most valuable when it changes something. That is why our conversations often lead to greater clarity about what you actually want, what is within your control, what you are choosing, and what you are ready to do next. Depending on what you bring to the session, that might mean making a difficult decision, preparing for a conversation, setting a boundary, approaching a transition differently, changing an unhelpful pattern, or taking a concrete step towards a goal.
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal. You can come with a question, conflicting thoughts, a difficult situation, or simply the sense that something needs to change. My role is not to give you the answer, but to help you see more clearly, hear yourself more honestly, and find a way forward that feels like your own.
Best Fit
Who I Help
I work with thoughtful, capable people who are at a point of transition, change, or important decision-making in their career, leadership, business, or personal life.
Some are reconsidering their career direction, stepping into a new role, moving to another country, navigating a significant professional change, or growing or changing a business. Some are leaders who want to become more intentional in how they lead, communicate, make decisions, and respond to change. Others may not be leaders by title at all, but are at a point where they want to take greater ownership of their direction, decisions, and next chapter.
Many of my clients are capable and used to figuring things out on their own. Yet sometimes being capable is not enough to create clarity. You may find yourself overthinking a decision, second-guessing yourself, going in circles, struggling to prioritise what matters, or knowing that something needs to change without knowing where to begin.

What I offer
Services
Discovery Session — Your First Coaching Experience
For anyone curious about coaching and who wants to experience it before deciding whether ongoing work is right for them. During this 60-minute session, we will work with something genuinely important to you right now. You will have space to explore your situation from different perspectives, gain clarity, and see what becomes possible when you have someone independent to think it through with. The session gives you two things: the opportunity to make progress on something that matters to you and a real experience of how I coach. Choose this if you are new to coaching, curious about how it works, or want to experience working with me before making a longer-term commitment.
Clarity Session — Flexible, Focused Coaching
For one important decision, challenge, or situation you don’t want to keep going around in circles. In 75 minutes, we focus on one thing that matters to you now. You get dedicated space to step out of the situation, look at it from different perspectives, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and clarify what you actually want to do next. This is a flexible format: book it as a one-off session when you need focused support, or continue working with me session by session without committing to a package. This makes it suitable both for a single challenge and for ongoing coaching as your needs evolve. Choose this if you want focused coaching without a package commitment.
Direction Program — 6 Coaching Sessions
For a transition or period of change when one conversation is not enough. Across six sessions, we work through your situation as it develops in real life. You have time to clarify your direction, work through important decisions, take action, come back with what happened, learn from it, and adjust your approach. The value of this format is continuity: you do not have to figure everything out in one conversation. We can notice patterns over time, track your progress, revisit what matters as circumstances change, and work with the challenges that emerge along the way. Choose this if you know you are navigating a transition and want an ongoing coaching partnership rather than a one-off conversation.

Testimonials
“I was considering relocating from India to the U.S. for work, but I felt completely torn. On the one hand, it was a great opportunity. On the other hand, I was afraid of losing myself, starting over, and making the wrong decision. Coaching with Ana helped me slow down and look at this transition more clearly. Instead of being driven by fear or external pressure, I was able to understand what I actually wanted and what I needed to feel stable during this move. Through our work together, I gained the confidence to make the decision and prepare for the relocation emotionally, not just practically. The move was still challenging, but I felt grounded and much more secure in myself. That made a huge difference in how I adapted to my new life.”

“As a business owner, I’m used to solving problems quickly and being in constant action. Coaching with Ana showed me that not all answers come from pushing harder or thinking faster. She helped me slow down, listen differently, and see patterns I had been missing. The insights I gained changed not only how I lead my business, but how I lead my life.”

“I was going through a major career transition and felt anxious, stuck, and unsure about my next step. Ana created a space where I could be fully honest about my fears, doubts, and hopes without judgment. Through our sessions, I gained clarity on what I truly wanted and the confidence to move forward. I didn’t just find a new role; I rebuilt trust in myself and my decisions.”

“Before coaching, I was constantly performing: for clients, for family, for everyone but myself. I felt successful on the outside, but disconnected inside. Working with Ana helped me reconnect with who I really am and what truly matters to me. Now I make decisions from a place of clarity and alignment, not obligation or expectation. This shift has changed both my work and my personal life.”

Questions
Frequently Asked
You bring a situation, question, decision, or challenge you would like to explore. At the beginning of the session, we clarify what feels most important for you and what you would like to take away from the conversation. From there, I ask questions, reflect what I hear, and challenge your thinking where it may be useful. We may look at the situation from different perspectives, examine assumptions or patterns that are influencing you, and explore what you really want and what may be getting in the way. As the conversation develops, you may see something differently, gain a clearer perspective on your situation, or arrive at a decision or next step. We close by reflecting on what you are taking from the conversation and, where appropriate, what you want to do next. I will not tell you what to do or give you a ready-made solution. My role is to help you explore, question, and think more deeply so that the decisions you make are genuinely your own.
Coaching can support you through career and life transitions, important decisions, leadership challenges, changes in direction, relocation, identity shifts, uncertainty, or situations where you feel stuck or know that something needs to change. You may also bring questions around confidence and self-trust, difficult conversations, boundaries, or how you want to approach an important next chapter in your professional or personal life.
You do not need to arrive with a well-defined problem. Sometimes you simply know that something no longer feels right, but cannot yet see what needs to change. Other times, you may have several thoughts, priorities, or options competing for your attention. We can start there. Rather than forcing the conversation towards a predefined goal, we can first explore what is happening, what matters to you, and what you are trying to understand. As we explore it together, the question, priority, or direction often becomes clearer.
A single session can be valuable when you want to work through a specific situation, decision, or point of uncertainty. It gives you dedicated space to step back, explore what is happening, and decide what you want to take forward. Ongoing coaching creates continuity. You can bring what happens between sessions back into our conversations — what you tried, what changed, what did not work, and what you learned. Over time, we can notice patterns as they emerge, track your progress, revisit your goals and priorities, and adjust your direction or actions as your situation evolves. It also provides an ongoing space for reflection and accountability as you turn insight into action in your real life. This can be particularly valuable during significant career or life transitions, leadership development, changes in direction, or periods of sustained change. A single session can support a specific moment. Ongoing coaching supports you through a process of change, giving you continuity, reflection, accountability, and space to learn and adapt along the way.
You do not need to prepare anything formal, but it can be helpful to take a few moments beforehand to reflect on two questions: What is most important for me to talk about right now? What would I like to understand, decide, or see differently by the end of our conversation? Please join from a quiet, private place where you will not be interrupted and where you feel comfortable speaking openly. A stable internet connection is important for the online session. You may also want to have a notebook or your phone nearby if you would like to capture any thoughts, insights, or next steps during the conversation.
