I’m Elisa, a mum of two and a life coach with a background shaped by real life, not just theory.
I’ve experienced challenging environments growing up, including trauma and instability, which taught me resilience from a young age. Over the years, I’ve worked across different fields, from healthcare and support work to business and project management, learning how to understand people in all kinds of situations.
Today, alongside my degree in Global Business and Entrepreneurship, I run businesses in the UK and Portugal and support others through emotional growth and life transitions.
My approach is simple and human. I’m not here to “fix” you or give you all the answers. I’m here to listen, hold space, and help you make sense of where you are so you can move forward with more clarity, strength and confidence.

Methodology
My Coaching Approach
My approach is built around emotional support, self-awareness and personal development,
I do not follow rigid coaching frameworks or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I work in a way that is adaptable, meeting each person where they are.
Many people struggle to open up in traditional coaching environments, especially in real-time conversations. Because of this, my work is primarily done through text, email and audio, allowing clients to process their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
A typical session is not about quick answers or surface-level advice. It’s about slowing down, understanding what is really happening underneath, and creating clarity from within.
Clients can expect:

- Support in understanding patterns, emotions and behaviours

People who don’t always find it easy to put emotions into words in real time, or who don’t feel safe opening up in calls or face-to-face conversations.
As an introvert myself, I understand how draining and difficult it can be to speak on the spot, to answer quickly, or even to show up for a call. For many people, especially those who are neurodivergent or living with ADHD, communication doesn’t always flow best in those settings. Sometimes, you just need time. Sometimes, you need space. Sometimes, you need to write before you understand what you feel.
My approach is built around emotional support and personal development through text, email and audio.
You’re given the space to express yourself in your own time, without interruption, without pressure, and in a way that feels natural to you.
Many of the people I work with are introspective, empathetic, or navigating things internally that aren’t always visible on the outside. This includes those living with ADHD, those experiencing burnout, life transitions, or simply trying to make sense of what they feel.
This space is also intentionally inclusive.
It can be especially supportive if you experience communication barriers, whether that’s difficulty speaking, hearing, processing in real time, or expressing yourself in traditional ways.

Premium Support – Intensive Mentoring (Text-Based)
This is a deeper and more consistent level of emotional support, designed for those who need a more present and ongoing space to process what they are going through. This service is particularly valuable for people who feel alone, emotionally overwhelmed, or who don’t have a safe place to express themselves openly. It is about understanding, unpacking and working through what is beneath the surface. This level of support is ideal if you are: - Dealing with deeper emotional weight or ongoing internal struggles - Navigating generational trauma or long-standing emotional patterns - Experiencing anxiety, disconnection, or emotional instability - Going through separation, life changes or identity shifts - Struggling with self-worth, confidence or internal validation - Feeling stuck in cycles that keep repeating in relationships or life decisions - Needing consistent support, reflection and guidance This space allows you to: - Express yourself freely and consistently - Feel heard, understood and supported without judgement - Explore patterns, behaviours and emotional responses in depth - Receive grounded, honest and structured guidance - Build awareness and emotional stability over time How it works: - 2 sessions per week - 2-hour support window per session - Communication via text, email or audio - Structured but flexible support — consistent presence without pressure
