About
I’m Elisa, I’m 32 years old and a mum of two girls.
My journey hasn’t been a straight line, and much of what I’ve lived through isn’t always visible from the outside. I grew up around trauma, witnessed domestic violence, and spent time in environments where safety wasn’t always guaranteed. I had close family members in prison and experienced that reality from a young age. I learned early on what survival looks like.
I’ve also experienced loss, including losing my father, and have taken on caring roles within my family — supporting my grandfather through cancer and helping care for my brother-in-law who lives with disability and epilepsy.
From a young age, I worked in many different environments, healthcare, support work, cleaning, hospitality, catering supervision, project management, HR and more. I did what was needed, adapting constantly, learning how to navigate different spaces and people.
Alongside this, I’ve also been involved in humanitarian work in Guinea-Bissau, not for recognition, but because helping others has always been a natural part of who I am.
I share this not from a place of pain, but from growth.
Today, my life looks very different. I am currently completing a degree in Global Business and Entrepreneurship, I work as a project manager, I run two cleaning businesses across the UK and Portugal, I am a qualified Life Coach, and I trade in financial markets. Most importantly, I am a present and grounded mother.
I don’t see my past as something that defines me, but as something that gave me depth, resilience and understanding.
I know what fear feels like.
I know what rebuilding looks like.
And I understand how confusing it can be when you’re trying to move forward but don’t know where to start.
This is what led me to this work.
I believe we are not meant to do life alone. I believe in connection, in shared understanding, and in creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re going through.
My work is not about having all the answers. It’s about holding space, listening without judgment, and offering grounded, honest guidance when it’s needed.

Methodology
My Coaching Approach
My approach is built around emotional support, self-awareness and personal development,
I do not follow rigid coaching frameworks or one-size-fits-all methods. Instead, I work in a way that is adaptable, intuitive and grounded, meeting each person where they are.
Many people struggle to open up in traditional coaching environments, especially in real-time conversations. Because of this, my work is primarily done through text, email and audio, allowing clients to process their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
A typical session is not about quick answers or surface-level advice. It’s about slowing down, understanding what is really happening underneath, and creating clarity from within.
Clients can expect:
- A calm, safe and non-judgmental space
- Deep, honest reflection, not surface-level advice
- Questions designed to expand awareness and perspective
- Support in understanding patterns, emotions and behaviours
- Reflective exercises for deeper processing and clarity
- Carefully applied techniques (including elements of NLP) when appropriate
- Space to move at your own pace, without pressure
- Grounded, intentional guidance when needed
Above all, this is a space where you don’t need to perform, explain perfectly, or have everything figured out.
You just need to show up as you are.

Who I Help
I created this space for people who don’t feel comfortable in traditional environments, where everything happens fast, out loud, and under pressure. Especially for those who struggle to put emotions into words in real time, or who simply don’t feel safe opening up in calls or face-to-face conversations.
My approach is based on emotional support and personal development, offered through text, email and audio — allowing you to express yourself at your own pace, without interruption or pressure.
Many of the people I work with are introspective, empathetic, or living with ADHD, and are often going through emotionally demanding phases such as burnout, confusion or life transitions.
This work may be especially relevant if you:

Premium Support – Intensive Mentoring (Text-Based)
This is a deeper and more consistent level of emotional support, designed for those who need a more present and ongoing space to process what they are going through. This service is particularly valuable for people who feel alone, emotionally overwhelmed, or who don’t have a safe place to express themselves openly. It is about understanding, unpacking and working through what is beneath the surface. This level of support is ideal if you are: - Dealing with deeper emotional weight or ongoing internal struggles - Navigating generational trauma or long-standing emotional patterns - Experiencing anxiety, disconnection, or emotional instability - Going through separation, life changes or identity shifts - Struggling with self-worth, confidence or internal validation - Feeling stuck in cycles that keep repeating in relationships or life decisions - Needing consistent support, reflection and guidance This space allows you to: - Express yourself freely and consistently - Feel heard, understood and supported without judgement - Explore patterns, behaviours and emotional responses in depth - Receive grounded, honest and structured guidance - Build awareness and emotional stability over time How it works: - 2 sessions per week - 4-hour support window per session - Communication via text, email or audio - Structured but flexible support — consistent presence without pressure
