About
I've always been the person people come to so they can have somebody to talk to. I can always hear them, understand them, and even give some wisdom for them to take with them. I've also always been a thinker, someone who always ask the questions, and does the research to try to understand life deeper. Using the same teaching that I've been helping others with, I've been able to reach the place where I'm ready to take coaching full on and make it a career.
I've been creative since I was born and love freely expressing myself. I also felt different and felt like I was meant for so much more than what others decide for themselves or tried to decide for me. I continued to dig for answers and finally began to find them in the spiritual and metaphysical world. Now that I've found something as useful as this to change my own life, I'm eager to share the knowledge so everyone else can apply it as well. It's an honor and a privilege.

Instead of using standard advice, I apply esoteric teachings to get to the root of the issue. Instead of giving medication to solve the symptoms, I'll give you the knowledge to stop it at the source. As you learn more about yourself, you'll also be able to connect more to others and the world as a whole.
Methodology
My Coaching Approach
I generally use a 4 phase framework in order to get people to reframe their perspective and get to where they want to be. The first phase is awareness, helping people to question where they are now and start to see some of these patterns clearer. The second phase is deconstruction, which is where we start to break down some of these beliefs and take away their power and pull. The third is reframing, where we start to dig for some more constructive beliefs to apply and start to create some more healthy patterns. And lastly, the fourth phase is embodiment, where we take these new patterns/beliefs and begin to engrain them into our actions and lifestyles.

Who I Help
The ideal client is someone who's willing to do the work. I can bring ideas and nudge you in the right direction but the client needs to be the one to dig into it and take the action to apply the methods themselves. The client also needs to be open minded. I'll be bringing forth a lot of esoteric teaching which conflicts with what we've normally been taught and that makes it hard for people to initially grasp. Staying open minded, curious, and willing to question your own beliefs and understanding of life is crucial. Things are not always as they seem.

Inner alchemy is the ability to transmute your internal energy into one that is constructive and beneficial. This includes daily skills such as awareness, responding rather than reacting, mental stillness, self control/regulation, and power over your main energetic state.
Esoteric simply means something that is hidden or hard for the general masses to understand. Esoteric knowledge is kept secret by some with the belief that the average person can't handle or hold what it contains. However, I believe that everyone at least deserves the choice to understand it. I'll supply the water and leave the result up to you.
