I got good at pushing through. What I didn't get good at, for a long time, was actually recovering. That gap is what drives my coaching work now.

My clients are capable and driven, and often depleted. They've tried the usual fixes. What they often haven't tried is slowing down long enough to figure out what they actually need. You don't need another breathing exercise. You don't need to reframe it yet. You need somewhere to put it down first. Swearing is not just allowed, it's part of the process. Affect labeling, putting the real, strong word on what you actually feel, is how your nervous system starts to regulate. Science backs it. The first session starts with a short intake questionnaire so we're not starting cold. From there, we agree on what you want to work on, and if you'd like, we open with a movement sequence before going into the coaching work. The first session is about understanding where you are, what you're carrying, and what direction makes sense. You don't need to prepare anything specific. Showing up is enough.
We start with a one month minimum, which includes four sessions. That's not arbitrary. One session can create clarity. Four sessions create change. By the end of the first month you'll have more clarity, steadiness, and a clear sense of whether and how you want to continue. After that, we decide together based on what actually helps.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Life happens, and I'm flexible when something comes up. What doesn't work is last-minute no-shows, because that time was held for you and can't be reallocated. We agree on the specifics at the start of our work together.
No. Most clients come with no prior life coaching or embodied coaching experience. The movement element is optional and needs no fitness background โ it's not a workout. It's a practical tool that helps your nervous system settle so the mental work lands better. Especially useful if you're dealing with stress, burnout recovery, or are neurodivergent or have ADHD. We work online, with in-person options in Berlin and Mexico City. We start exactly where you are.
The first month is โฌ700 (net) and includes four 60-minute 1:1 online coaching sessions, WhatsApp support between sessions, and a personal online toolbox with practices and resources tailored to you. After the first month, continuation is โฌ600 per month. You can also choose a 3- or 6-month rhythm if continuity works better for you.
