About
I am a 53 year old, mother of 2, grandmother of 1. I have been an LPN for 26 years. I love nursing, but due to having had 3 shoulder surgeries, I have had to come to fact that my nursing career is coming to an end. I thought that since I wanted to still help others that I decided to go into Life Coaching.
Almost 9 years ago I lost my first husband to a sudden heart attack. This was a very difficult time for me. I did not realize until recently that I needed more support in this time. After marrying my current husband, almost 3 years ago, he has been a lifesaver. He allows me to talk when I need to, allows me to cry, and supports me in these times.
I decided that my coaching was going to strive to help others in ways that I was not. I am using my past college experience as well as personal experience to the benefit of others. This is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.

Methodology
My Coaching Approach
I have a spiritual aspect to my coaching. I do not require this in the process. I know that helped me in many ways so I want it available. I use a prewritten outline and workbook to navigate this process. With that being said, that is not written in stone. I am always going to go in the way that the client leads. It is important to work through what is needed at the time. Every session is centered around the current need.

Grief Recovery
This is a 12 week program. We will explore the stages of grief, and how to move forward in life. We will discuss how what the client is feeling perfectly normal.
