I take a multidimensional approach to coaching, blending my informed lived experience with theoretical frameworks from parts work, somatic, coherence, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Over the past 18 years as a life coach, I have worked with thousands of clients, taken multiple certification programs, and written and presented extensively.

Today, I aim to create a clear and supportive environment for my clients. A typical session - once I've gotten to know you and your history and goals - generally opens with a review of the prior session, checking in to see how the conversation landed and what you've been thinking about since. That usually opens the door to a deeper conversation, taking the form of anything from a guided meditation or inner child access session to a solutions-based informational session with goal-setting or role-playing a difficult upcoming conversation.

I believe in meeting clients where they are on a particular day - focusing on whatever feels most urgent to them - while also holding the overarching arc of coaching goals in mind. I take a dual approach to most situations: we will address immediate situations with tangible problem-solving while also delving deep into origin stories of the anxieties or patterns that are holding you back!
