Hello my name is Laurie Coles. I've been in the clinical field for almost 8 years. I have transitioned from a mental health clinician to a professional life coach. I am excited about this journey and the amount of people that I can assist with transforming their lives. I enjoy nature, reading self-help books, and expressing myself creatively. My approach centers on mindset development, values, exploration and goal alignment. I assist my clients with moving forward with greater self-awareness and confidence. My approach emphasizes on personal responsibility, self-reflection, and personal action. My services are designed for individuals who desire structured support for growth and life direction.
