I spent 14 years working in the ER, seeing the long-term impact of habits that never had a chance to stick.

Not because people didn’t try.

Not because they didn’t know what to do.

But because the approach wasn’t sustainable.

That experience changed how I think about health and behaviour change.

My Philosophy

I focus on systems.

Small, repeatable actions that fit into your day, even when things aren’t going perfectly.
