About me: I am an international life coach who has spent their lifetime studying psychology. In more recent years, I have focused my study on Marriage and Family. There is a wide range of topics that I have trained in that support my knowledge in relationship. My approach begins with getting to know the client’s relationship personality. We have fun in coaching! You develop an authentic professional relationship with your coach! You will also receive resources that support your personalized coaching experience! Each session, package and coaching experience is tailored to fit the clients. There are activities I include that are derived from 15+ years of studying psychology, marriage and families. Recently, I have developed an app. to support couples. Additionally, as an author, I am working on publishing books for my clients! My coaching does not feel like work, because it is truly a passion that I have had for the majority of my life! I can’t wait to work with you! Methodology

My Coaching Approach

My coaching approach begins with an introduction session to form an authentic relationship to build off of throughout a coaching package. A coaching practice includes a series of sessions. In addition to an introduction, my clients receive a finance-focused session to ensure their coaching package is able to fit their budget. Next, the clients will have a session to go over their goals. Once they identify their goal, the coach can assist them in choosing which unique session(s) they want to add to their package, (date night, relationship mindset, create my own, etc.). Then, we talk about the timeline they need to achieve their goal(s), flexible to their life. After that, we start coaching!
