We often talk about the privilege of the nomadic lifestyle, but we rarely discuss the heavy lifting it requires. For a highly sensitive person (HSP), shifts in cultural nuances, languages, or even the sensory change in their surroundings are not just mental; they are visceral. Without the right tools, these transitions can lead to overwhelm, turning a path of growth into a series of stumbling stones.
What I offer:
As a certified HSP Coach and seasoned traveler, I help highly sensitive nomads and expats navigate the visceral "inner recalibration" of a life in motion, helping you build a portable haven of grounded lightness no matter where you are in the world. I offer online 1:1 sessions in English, German, French, and Spanish designed to help you move past overwhelm and toward the broadening horizons we seekers strive for.
My own journey:
For the past 15 years—the same amount of time I have been exploring the concept of high sensitivity—I have been moving between my home base of Vienna, Austria, and five different countries across three continents. After a double Master’s degree and several years in translation, I eventually felt a calling toward work with a deeper purpose: helping people directly.
Through periods of personal transition, my path has been shaped by mindfulness, Buddhism, and yoga. Today, I value profound human resonance and a connection with nature above all else—values I practice while "nomading" around the world with my partner.

Methodology
My Coaching Approach
I support my clients by integrating psychological insight with neurobiological regulation. My approach works on two primary levels:
Cognitive Perspective - through targeted conversation, mental exercises, and visualizations, we foster your ability to analyze challenges from new angles and develop your own creative solutions.
Somatic Integration - we use body-based practices, including mindfulness and somatic work, to stabilize the nervous system and build resilience from the inside out.
Additionally, I often give my clients homework, suggesting exercises, reading material or providing them with tailored worksheets to foster autonomous analysis and self-regulation.

1:1 coaching sessions online
individual coaching sessions via Google Meet in English, German, French, or Spanish (Italian or Catalan if me replying in one of the above language works for you). We explore and practice somatic tools together, analyze patterns and develop possible strategies, also using worksheets for you to use at home. If you agree, I use AI for the purposes of automated transcription, session summaries, and deep analysis to support your coaching journey. The recordings are never shared with third parties.

Traditional coaching often stays in the head (conversations), while therapy often focuses on the past. Haven Within bridges the gaps between past and present, body and mind: We use cognitive reframing to understand your current situation, but we anchor that change in the body through somatic work. Because I am an HSP myself and a nomad, I don’t just ask questions—I share the "cultural map" and neurobiological tools needed to stabilize a sensitive nervous system in real-time.
No experience is necessary. Somatic tools are simple, physical practices—like specific breathing patterns, soft movements, or grounding exercises—that signal to your brain that you are safe. We use these to manage the physical symptoms of stress (like gastritis or fatigue) that often hit HSPs during major transitions. It’s about learning to "speak" to your nervous system directly.
This is a common concern for HSPs. My approach is designed to be the antidote to your to-do list, not an addition to it. We focus on "HSP-digestible" sessions that leave you feeling more regulated, not more drained. The goal is to give you tools that save you energy in your daily life, effectively reducing your overall load.
As I am currently traveling and working across different time zones, I don't have 'static' office hours. Instead, I offer a flexible scheduling approach. I do my absolute best to accommodate my coachees' local time zones, whether you are in a quiet morning in Vienna or an afternoon in Guatemala.
My standard rate for a session is €100. However, accessibility is a core value of my practice. I understand that life transitions or relocation can sometimes create financial strain. If this rate feels like a significant burden for you right now, please don't hesitate to mention it. I reserve a limited number of 'sliding scale' slots for those who truly need them, and we can discuss a discount that feels sustainable for both of us.
Currently, my primary focus is on 1:1 deep-dive mentoring, as this allows for the most precise adjustment to an individual's unique nervous system. However, I am very open to exploring group workshops or couple's sessions if there is a specific need.
