Background

About

I’ve always been curious about what lies beyond what we can immediately see, think, and sense, the less obvious layers of our experience that shape how we feel, relate, and move through life.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy and Psychological Counseling. Besides this, I have been practicing meditation since 2019.

My approach is informed by Jungian psychology and parts work, helping us explore unconscious patterns and different sides of you that shape how you think, feel, and make choices. Mindfulness and body awareness bring this into the present moment, while Eastern traditions such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Advaita Vedanta shape how I work with awareness and explore who you are beyond your usual roles and stories.

What makes my work different is the way I connect inner exploration with everyday life. We don’t just analyse what you think or feel. We look at how it shows up in your body, relationships, decisions, behaviour, and explore what becomes possible when you start responding with greater awareness.

I’m curious, playful, honest, and deeply interested in people. I won’t give you a formula for how to live or try to turn you into someone else. I’ll help you question, explore, experiment, and discover what feels genuinely true for you.

I see self-discovery not as a way to become a 'perfect version of yourself,' but as a way to be - more present, real, and free.

What sets me apart

Why Choose Xandra

I bridge psychology and spirituality through a holistic approach that works with the mind, body, and awareness. Rather than using inner work to escape difficult parts of life, I focus on helping you meet them with greater acceptance, compassion, clarity, and composure, and translate what you discover into how you actually live.

Methodology

My Coaching Approach

Each session starts with what feels most relevant to you that day. You might bring a situation you are struggling with, a decision you cannot make, a relationship dynamic you want to understand, or a pattern you want to change.

From there, we might talk through the situation and notice the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs involved. We may bring attention to your body and explore what you are experiencing beyond the words and story. We can look at conflicting needs or motivations, use mindfulness to create some space around a reaction, or engage in self inquiry to regain a sense of objective self-awareness.

Sessions are not about me analysing you while you passively listen. They are collaborative and experiential. I will ask questions, reflect what I notice, challenge you when appropriate, and invite you to consider different perspectives.

We then connect what we discover to your everyday life. This might mean identifying a different way to respond, trying a small experiment, practising a new perspective, or becoming more aware of a pattern as it happens.

There is no fixed script. The session adapts to you and what you bring.

DISCLAIMER: These sessions are self discovery coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Although my academic background is in clinical psychology, the coaching focuses on self awareness, personal insight, and personal developlent, rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It is intended for stable individuals who are able to actively engage in the coaching process.

Best Fit

Who I Help

My ideal client is someone who is already reflective, self-aware, and curious about their inner world. You may meditate, journal, explore spirituality, notice patterns in yourself, or feel drawn to symbolic and intuitive ways of understanding your experience.

You may already understand a lot about yourself, yet still feel frustrated that this insight is not creating real change in your life. You know your patterns, but still repeat them. You can observe your thoughts, but still get caught in overthinking, avoidance, indecision, or old ways of relating.

You are not looking for quick fixes or someone to tell you what to do. You want to understand yourself more deeply, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and learn how to turn awareness into choices, actions, and a way of living that feels more aligned with who you are.

Questions

Frequently Asked

It is a reflective, experiential form of coaching focused on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you think, feel, relate, and make choices. The aim is not just insight, but helping you translate that insight into how you actually live.

It is especially suited to people who are already introspective, psychologically curious, or engaged in practices such as meditation, journaling, spirituality, or other forms of inner work, but still feel stuck in familiar patterns.

We usually begin with what feels most relevant in your life right now. From there, we may explore thoughts, emotions, body responses, recurring patterns, conflicting parts, relationships, or deeper questions about identity and direction. Sessions are collaborative and experiential rather than lecture-based.

No. You do not need any particular spiritual background. An openness to reflection, self-observation, and exploring your experience with curiosity is enough.

No. I offer self-discovery coaching, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. My background in psychology informs the way I work, but coaching focuses on awareness, choice, personal growth, and how you want to move forward in your life.

I bridge psychology and spirituality through a holistic approach that includes mind, body, and awareness. I do not use spirituality as a way to retreat from life, but as a way to meet it with greater acceptance, compassion, clarity, and composure.

There is no fixed number. I prefer ongoing work because deeper patterns often unfold over time, but we regularly review whether the sessions are still useful and aligned with what you need.

Not usually. My role is to help you see yourself and your situation more clearly, challenge assumptions when useful, and explore possibilities with you so that your choices come from greater awareness rather than from someone else deciding for you.
