I’m Scott Hinojosa, co-founder of Lost in the Astral, a holistic wellness concierge. I work with people who want to understand what keeps repeating in their lives and make a next move that fits.
9-Self Coaching looks at nine connected areas of life together. An assessment helps identify the pattern, and the program is built around what it finds, with continuity through Voyager.
My approach is direct, non-dogmatic and attentive to context. We examine beliefs, choices and the conditions keeping a problem in place. Alongside coaching, I offer SRP Pastoral Counseling through Waystation for questions of meaning, identity and spiritual life.

Methodology
My Coaching Approach
9-Self considers nine connected areas of life rather than treating one concern in isolation. We begin with the situation you bring, look for recurring patterns and examine the context around your choices.
An assessment informs the program built for your needs. Voyager provides a place to continue that work between appointments. The concierge helps determine whether coaching or another LITA service is the appropriate starting point.
