Baku is Azerbaijan's capital and the Baku City Executive Power describes it as a city with 12 administrative districts. Its legislation page also distinguishes city-level executive power, district executive authorities, administrative-territorial districts, and municipalities. This route is therefore legitimate as a Baku city page, but Baku is not one uniform neighborhood. A service, training center, coach, employer, commute, or statistic associated with the capital may apply to a particular district or to a broader administrative territory. Ask for the named district and evidence scope before treating a capital-wide statement as nearby or personally relevant.
Azerbaijan's State Statistical Committee publishes labor indicators by economic region and administrative territorial unit, along with national methodology and yearbooks. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explains formal registration routes for job seekers and unemployed people.
