Benin’s official decentralized-cooperation platform describes Savè as a commune of eight arrondissements with a large geographic area and lists French, Yoruba, Nago, and Fon among its languages. Those facts matter for coaching access: a resident may be able to manage a brief conversation in one language but need another for nuanced family, career, or business decisions.
