A current district decree classifies Santiago de Cali as a Special District for the 2026 fiscal year, and the district's public geographic material separates urban communes, rural corregimientos, neighborhoods, and sectors. This page uses the full district as its search boundary but does not treat every locality, employer, institution, or resident as interchangeable.
