Local context
Zahedan is the capital of Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province. A World Health Organization study states that identity directly and describes urban health infrastructure in a defined research period. WHO also documents provincial health cooperation involving Zahedan University of Medical Sciences. These sources resolve the city and provincial boundary; they do not establish current demand for coaching, safe travel, ordinary connectivity, a coach, an available clinic, or a service outcome for any person.
The FCDO's Iran advice was updated August 13, 2026 and still current August 21. It advised against all travel to Iran, described communications disruption and very limited consular support, and separately identified Sistan and Baluchestan and Zahedan as particularly insecure. This is traveler-focused risk advice, not an instruction to a resident and not proof of an individual's circumstances. It requires a strict page boundary: no travel or route planning, border guidance, security tactics, protest activity, evasion, political discussion, or collection of sensitive location, identity, family, workplace, community, or contact-network information.
OFAC maintains the Iran sanctions program and posted significant changes and suspensions on August 24, 2026. Legal and platform conditions are therefore both material and time-sensitive. A coach marked international, a functioning video tool, or a displayed price does not establish permission to export a service, process payment, store data, or serve a particular person. Both sides must verify current law, provider jurisdiction, processor and platform rules, identity requirements, refunds, and privacy with qualified sources. Coaching may support a harmless personal routine only if it is lawful, voluntary, safe, private, and practically accessible. It is not sanctions, legal, financial, travel, security, humanitarian, medical, or mental-health advice. In violence, detention, acute distress, medical need, or any emergency, use a safe locally available emergency, health, humanitarian, or trusted support route instead of coaching.
A regional-capital label means Zahedan is an administrative center, not that every 04 coach meets there.
Virtual coaching can be a fit when you want a specialist who is not based in your city. In-person coaching requires the coach to actually serve that place. A country-level or international profile is not a local listing.
If an exact-city coach is not shown, explore coaches who work virtually with clients in this country. That is not the same as a local in-person listing.
