Yokohama is Kanagawa Prefecture's capital and a designated city divided into 18 wards. The city's 2026 resident-life white paper assembles evidence about population, households, work, education, health, housing, and choices across life stages. Yokohama also publishes current labor indicators, but its own notes explain that public-employment-office coverage is not perfectly coterminous with city limits: some offices include places outside Yokohama and one Kawasaki office covers Tsurumi Ward. That makes the figures useful context, not a clean count of Yokohama-only opportunities or proof of a vacancy, wage, interview, or placement.
Municipal entrepreneurship support includes a dedicated route for women founders, while the city white paper discusses younger residents, working-age participation, and later-life work. These sources justify comparing career mobility, leadership, entrepreneurship, and retirement or caregiving transitions. That directory gap does not prove that independent local coaches are absent. Thirty-seven profiles were marked international, accepting, and virtual-or-both from coach-reported fields. English appeared on all 45 profiles; every other language appeared on three or fewer, so Japanese-language coaching and familiarity with Yokohama institutions are sparse availability questions. Confirm language, Japan coverage, time zone, platform access, privacy, referrals, and the complete price in Japanese yen, including consumption tax or other applicable tax, transfer or platform fees, cancellation, refund, expiry, and renewal.
