Local context
The Misrata Municipality portal identifies the current municipality on Libya's western coast and lists twelve municipal branches, including Misrata Centre. That makes this city route legitimate while imposing a boundary: the central city, a municipal branch, the wider municipality, and Libya are not interchangeable. A client should identify only the minimum locality needed for lawful service and should not disclose a live location, route, affiliation, security incident, third-party identity, political view, employer record, or humanitarian case to establish coaching relevance.
Conflict and access conditions are material and dated. UK FCDO advice current on August 25, 2026 advises against all but essential travel to Misrata and against all travel to most of Libya; the U.S. State Department page updated August 13, 2026 says not to travel to Libya and notes that Misrata has witnessed armed-group fighting. A 2026 UN report documents explosive-ordnance incidents and completed clearance work in Misratah. How matching works in practice

Stop immediately if safety, lawfulness, payment, privacy, clinical scope, or referral access changes. Coaching never provides protection, travel access, legal clearance, or an outcome promise.
Do not begin or continue during immediate danger, crisis, displacement, detention, acute trauma, humanitarian need, insecure communication, or unresolved sanctions, export, platform, or payment questions.
Do not share or request routes, actor identities, affiliations, incidents, live locations, protective measures, false identities, intermediaries, routing workarounds, prohibited payments, or methods to bypass controls.
Use the least information possible. Confirm recording, storage country, access, encryption claims, cross-border transfer, retention, deletion, breach response, cancellation, and refund before sharing anything.
