Beira is a current coastal city and the capital of Sofala Province in central Mozambique. United Nations Development Programme reporting identifies Beira at the city level while distinguishing infrastructure delivered elsewhere in Sofala, and World Bank project reporting separately names Cidade da Beira within wider district and provincial work. That distinction matters: a Sofala program total, provincial disaster impact, or national recovery fund is not automatically an exact-city service, and a Beira project does not establish that a particular resident, neighborhood, school, road, or business is covered. Coaching comparisons should use disaster and recovery evidence only to frame verification questions, never to infer a person's losses, vulnerability, income, housing, trauma, or eligibility.
The evidence also needs dates. Cyclone Idai made landfall near Beira in March 2019. World Bank reporting dated January 2025 described housing and public-infrastructure works in Beira under the Cyclone Idai and Kenneth recovery project. UNDP reported in February 2026 that Manga Secondary School had reopened after resilient rehabilitation and also described major January 2026 flooding across several provinces, including Sofala. Those facts show that resilience, changing infrastructure, education continuity, and livelihood recovery remain relevant contexts. They do not constitute a current storm warning, safe-route instruction, building assessment, aid entitlement, forecast, or live service-status report. For an active emergency, use current official disaster, weather, health, and local authority channels—not this directory page or a coach.
International and virtual are coach-reported profile choices, not proof of Portuguese service, Mozambique coverage, stable connectivity, payment compatibility, or availability. A coach may help prioritize a non-urgent skills plan, rebuild a routine, prepare employer questions, or set cautious business experiments. Coaching is not disaster response, trauma treatment, engineering, health care, humanitarian case management, housing advice, finance, law, or an outcome guarantee. Current safety, infrastructure, aid, employment, training, and regulatory facts belong with responsible authorities and qualified professionals.
A regional-capital label means Beira is an administrative center, not that every 05 coach meets there.
Virtual coaching can be a fit when you want a specialist who is not based in your city. In-person coaching requires the coach to actually serve that place. A country-level or international profile is not a local listing.
If an exact-city coach is not shown, explore coaches who work virtually with clients in this country. That is not the same as a local in-person listing.
