UN humanitarian and UNICEF evaluation material identifies Chongjin City within North Hamgyong. The 2016 flood-response map labels Chongjin City, and a 2018 nutrition evaluation used sampled sites within Chongjin. These sources establish the city identity and show how programmes once bounded their evidence. They do not establish current city conditions, participant status, health, need, population, access, a programme, or a service market. This route does not convert North Hamgyong province-wide evidence or historic programme findings into claims about a present Chongjin resident.
Current restrictions require a hard stop before ordinary comparison. Only a stable and narrow non-clinical routine can even be considered, after lawful and safe access is independently established.
A regional-capital label means Chongjin is an administrative center, not that every 17 coach meets there.
Virtual coaching can be a fit when you want a specialist who is not based in your city. In-person coaching requires the coach to actually serve that place. A country-level or international profile is not a local listing.

How matching works in practice
This is an explicitly hypothetical Chongjin exercise, not a resident, patient, beneficiary, worker, traveller, official, security report, testimonial, or promised result.

Stop if law, sanctions, contact safety, privacy, payment, platform, language, health, or affordability is unclear. Coaching is not humanitarian, clinical, emergency, legal, political, military, security, travel, employment, or financial support.
The 2016 flood map, 2018 evaluation, and 2019 plan identify Chongjin but do not establish current conditions, personal need, safe access, or an available programme.
