Ankara Metropolitan Municipality reports a service area spanning 25 districts; municipal evidence across that area should not be presented as a condition in central Çankaya or any other single district. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality's BELMEK network supports lifelong and vocational learning, with 2026 reporting describing 46 course centres across 17 districts and a multi-year average of about 25,200 learners annually. A capital-city search can tempt people to assume walk-in local offices. Confirm the coach’s actual in-person service area in Ankara before treating a national profile as local.
