The city cadastral agency publishes sub-city and woreda information, while the 2023 city re-establishment decree describes bureaus and sub-city executive organs. A citywide plan, program, or statistic does not establish the conditions at a particular home, workplace, or service counter. The city administration names Jobs and Skills, Trade, Investment, Women and Social Affairs, and other bureaus in its cabinet structure.
