County plans and services cover six sub-counties—Mvita, Changamwe, Jomvu, Kisauni, Likoni, and Nyali—and their wards. A county training program in Kisauni, a facility in Jomvu, or an island travel assumption is not exact evidence for a person in Likoni or Nyali. Before relying on a local claim, identify the sub-county, ward, responsible county or national body, service address, eligibility, date, travel route, and current contact details. That keeps ferry, bridge, island, mainland, and countywide constraints from being flattened into generic copy.
