The generated route identifies Wad Medani, the capital city of Al Jazirah State in Sudan, not the whole state. United Nations and World Health Organization reporting uses both Wad Medani and the spelling Wad Madani and identifies the city as a former humanitarian and health-services hub. The spelling variation does not create two places. That evidence is enough to validate the current city route, but not to claim a functioning local office, private internet, stable power, safe movement, payment access, accepting coach, or ordinary conditions for a particular resident.
